This one-day workshop will connect families planning home births or birth center births and dive deep into the process of preparing oneself for an unmedicated labor.

We will discuss ways to cope with the intensity and ways to make peace if the plans need to change.

Birth is unpredictable, but what we can control is how we meet each moment.

This is an in-person class in Portland, ME. $175/family.
